With 4 well appointed suites, each with their own en-suite and private terrace, a rooftop deck with a 20-meter lap pool, with views of the Carribean sea on one side and the Lagoon on the other, and a full staff, and offering all of the luxuries of a 5-star resort, there is nothing left to desire for the perfect beach getaway.

The word "Na'iik" means House of Air in the Mayan culture, and the villa certainly lives up to its name with an open living floor plan throughout. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that open up to their private terrace, and the villa's main living and dining area open up on either side to allow the fresh ocean breeze to flow through.

Whether you choose to spend your time on the beach, swimming laps on the rooftop pool, or exploring the lush nature that embraces the villa, you are sure to leave Villa Na'iik refreshed, relaxed and delighted!

This villa is located in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, a World Heritage Site home to thousands of species of Flora and Fauna. The Biosphere is located past Tulum, off the beaten path. The main road is not completely paved, and depending on the weather and time of year, travel time to and from the villa may be extended. It is important to note that Sian Ka'an is not located in the main part of Tulum.

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed.
