Located beachfront on nearly 40m of private beach you will find the serene Private Bungalow in the Hotel Esencia, Xpu-Ha. This is undoubtedly one of the most private suites found on the property and it sits under a large palapa, with a wrap-around terrace that's accessible from both of the bedrooms. With endless places to sit back and relax - including your own private outdoor dining table, sun beds right on the beach and a shaded outdoor living area hidden under a palapa roof. With so much privacy and beauty, there is just no way not to fall in love with this slice of heaven.

- Breakfast is only available at the Mistura Restaurant
- Soft Drinks, coffee and tea are included from the breakfast menu
- Every guests must have the Breakfast plan paid for the entire duration of their stay

- Beef Bar, Room Service and Caviar are not included
- Alcoholic drinks are not included
- Room service is not included

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it.
