This brand new 4 bedroom luxury villa is located in the private gated community of La Privada, on the Carribean coast of Mexico in the gorgeous Riviera Maya. The villa's rooftop has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation, including a second kitchen, bar, dining and living area, extensive jungle views, and of course a 10-meter private swimming pool!

Location is everything and at villa Virginia you are only a 5 minute drive from Tulum City Center, where you can explore countless options of local cuisine, and only a 5 minute drive from the Tulum Beach Road, filled with trendy bars, restaurants and shops, so don't forget to take a piece of Tulum home with you.

Villa Virginia is also a great choice for larger groups as it is located right next door to its sister property, Villa Fosca and can be rented together as Villa Imperia for a total of 8 bedrooms!

The villa is located in La Privada, a community within Aldea Zama, Tulum, located only 5 minutes from Tulum city center and the trendy Tulum Beach road
Kindly note that this area may be affected by Sargassum (seaweed). It is a natural phenomenon that occurs seasonally and is typically more present in the summer months.

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed.
