Staying at Hacienda Mágica is a once in a lifetime experience, that you want to experience over and over again! This palacial villa has 14 bedrooms that can sleep up to 36 guests comfortably! Situated on the lovely shores of the Fatima Bay beach, in Puerto Aventuras, this home is located in one of the most secure and private gated areas in the Riviera Maya.

The villa is beachfront so you may enjoy taking a dip in the pool or in the ocean. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained during your stay - you have kayaks, paddle boards or a ping pong table in the game room! Enjoy the many amenities included with the villa and spend the day in the pool, or out on the ocean, or if you prefer land, out on the tennis court!

The staff are divine and are most certainly the icing on the cake! Their professionalism, attention to detail and charisma will have you feeling like they're family by the end of your stay, and leaves no questions as to whyMexico has the best hospitality in the world!   • The nightly rates are based on double occupancy, for more than 2 guests per room, an additional cost of $80 USD, per person, per night will be charged. Subject to prior approval.

  • Hacienda Mágica offers rates for 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14 bedrooms
  • The villa is located next door to Hacienda Corazon and can be rented together for a total of 24 bedrooms
  • The villa is located one lot over to Hacienda del Mar and can be rented together for a total of 29 bedrooms
  • The villa can also be rented as an Estate combined with Hacienda Corazon & Hacienda del Mar for a total of 39 bedrooms
  • Events are permitted, upon request and at an additional cost. Please inquire for more information
  • Kindly note that this area may be affected by Sargassum (seaweed). It is a natural phenomenon that occurs seasonally and is typically more present in the summer months.
  • These villas are separated by another property and are accessible to one another via the beach or the street.

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. My only regret is that I can't use these ladies for all my vacations!!  I will be back!

Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed. From first class transfers to having the chef cooking our fish caught to the nicest sweetest lady that takes care of the home and the maid duties…..it was all unbelievable. Thank you Agave Villas
