As the name suggests, this villa is perfect for those nautically inclined! The house is so close to the ocean, it feels like you're practically on top of it. Villa Nautica is a charming 7 bedroom, beachfront villa in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras.

The multi-level pool, located directly in front of the beach is the perfect option if you'd like to take a dip but are not one for the sand. If you'd like to explore the town, the villa is but a short distance from the Puerto Aventuras Marina where you have many options for food, shopping and taking in some of the beautiful Mexican culture!

Breakfast and lunch service are included, with the chef making all kinds of delicious treats and meals to satisfy even the largest appetite. Make some unforgettable memories here at Villa Nautica.

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. My only regret is that I can't use these ladies for all my vacations!! I will be back!

Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed.
