We had an amazing stay at the villa. The check in process was easy, the concierge was very easy to communicate with and made the entire check in process & stay seamless. The staff were so friendly and prepared delicious meals for breakfast and lunch. The villa is gorgeous; spacious, clean, beautiful pool & view, and we loved the fire pit. Overall, we had an incredible stay and loved this villa. Highly recommend!

This a truly beautiful villa! My husband and I stayed there by ourselves instead of with friends so we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. The pics don't do it justice. The views and pool are amazing. The staff was amazing and can do as much or as little as you ask them to do. My husband and I enjoy privacy so I think the staff was gone by about 1pm daily. We always had fresh breakfast prepared by Aurora in the mornings. Delicious! Blanca and Roman were pleasant and helpful with all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again. :)

Our group really enjoyed the panoramic views of Banderas Bay. We found immense pleasure in watching the cruise ships come in and the occasional whale sighting. Maria, Roman, Blanca and Aurora are warm, friendly and accommodating. Be sure to wear solid walking shoes to walk to downtown. The hills are quite steep and require some effort.

This villa is amazing! Fantastic views, very clean and the best staff. We loved the margaritas upon arrival and were stunned by the beauty that we overlooked (pictures don't do it justice). Everything was so clean and perfect. The best part though was definitely the staff - everyone was so nice, helpful and our chef made us some amazing meals. We really enjoyed our time here - great place to relax, hang out in the pool, catch up with friends and soak up the sun.

My husband, 2 daughters and myself had a wonderful time. The house was absolutely beautiful and each room was uniquely furnished and very clean. The property is beautiful, spacious, and each room has an attached bathroom! You get a great view of PV from outside both by the pool and upstairs by the fire pit. The staff was awesome from beginning to end! They were very nice, personable, and professional as well as very accommodating. The home-cooked meals were delicious...every single one of them! I would recommend this place to any of my friends!

Too many positives to comment on other than to say that you will NOT be disappointed!!!!  This was a trip for 4 staff + partners. Everyone had a terrific time & loved the Villa experience. Particular highlights: - the staff were incredible. They were invisible unless you needed them & always looked out for our needs. A special appreciation to Roman - Carla’s communications were 100% & prompt. She was so effective & organised our transportation. Thanks for a wonderful vacation & we appreciate that you allowed us to postpone our trip for 2 consecutive years due to COVID.

This was the perfect spot for vacation. The house was amazing!!! The pictures online really don't give it the justice that it deserves.... We stayed here for one week celebrating my daughter's college graduation and it did not disappoint. The staff, gloria, Blanca and Roman were absolutely the best! The food was good 100% of the time and we looked forward to every meal. The rooms were cleaned daily and the home was maintained in a spectacular manner daily. I booked Punta Del Cielo for my 30th birthday with a group of friends, and could not have been happier with my stay. The villa itself was so nice and clean, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was so accommodating and the food was delicious, and even worked around some dietary restrictions in the group. Carla, our concierge, was very responsive throughout our stay, helped us plan various last minute activities, and made the trip as seamless and stress free as possible. Others in the group were already talking about booking another stay at Punta Del Cielo. Highly recommend!

I'm hesitant to post a review only because I would like to keep Punta del Cielo my little secret! The views, the rooms, the decor...everything about this place is incredible. But the staff, Maria, Roman, Blanca & Ivan....I like to call them the Dream Team! The pictures do not do the Villa justice and you won't find another place with a better staff. Just be aware, to walk the last block or two before the funicular is a bit of a pain...but it's worth it! Our family of 12 can not wait to go back!

This house and the team that work there are amazing. The view is incredible and the house is spotless. It was the only trip I can think of where it was hard or impossible to think of things that could be better. Highly recommend getting massages by the pool. It wasn’t completely clear whenI booked that the Airbnb price wasn’t for all the rooms but I didn’t end up needing all of them. I would recommend earplugs at night due to the music from the clubs downtown, but depends on which room you are in. Highly recommend this place. It’s better than the pictures and it is run really well.

We could not have had a better week in Puerto Vallarta! Maria, Roman, Blanca and Denora were so good to all of us! The food was amazing and the view made us not want to leave the house. Close to downtown when walking down hill. It would be a long uphill walk back up but we took taxis back to the house when we were out. The funicular was so fun! Pictures do not do this house justice. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much again for making this vacation one of our favorites!

As a family reunion gathering 3 generations, we spend a week at the villa. We enjoyed the view and the infinity pool, the easy access to downtown and to the beaches. Some of us went shopping or sitting on the beach, others preferred more exciting activities. The meals gathered everyone: Ivan, the chef, prepared delicious dishes following our tastes. And the cool drinks were kept in the ice. With Ivan, there was Maria, Roman and others. They were all very friendly and helpful.
I slept well, but some were bothered by the church bells and had to close the windows and use the AC.

Staying at Punta Del Cielo was a fantastic experience.  We had a multigenerational family group and were all very comfortable.  The location with easy access (<5 minute walk) to the Malecon and the center of PV was great.  The views were simply fantastic as well.  Finally, the staff was great!  Roman, Lupita and Blanca were always available to assist and wonderfully accommodating.  We will definitely stay at Punta Del Cielo and with Agave Villas again.

Exactly what we were looking for!  We wanted to have a private extended family oasis. One where we could be together and also easily slip away as a group or as couples when desired. The staff was amazing. They knew when to be be there and when to leave us alone. For 10 to 12 guests it was ideal.

Let me start by saying that the property exceeded expectations on most levels and that I had high expectations going in. I celebrated by 60th birthday along with 11 family members and friends. The place is perfectly set-up for such a celebration as it is wonderfully self-contained and spacious/private for each of the 6 couples. We ate two meals per day, sitting at the table for each one. The food and service was absolutely fantastic! Combined with the atmosphere and setting, it was a perfect setting to spend quality time with loved ones. We spent a lot of time in the pool and sitting outside marveling at the wonderful views. Most of us had been to Puerto Vallarta many times, myself included. All agreed that this was the most spectacular place they had stayed at (and we have stayed at many very nice places before in PV.) Several commented that this was the most wonderful long weekend vacation they had ever taken and were likely to take. In summary, could not possibly have asked for more, especially given it being a birthday celebration. I believe it was very good value for what we received and could not recommend it any more highly!

The view, the view, the view says it all! Always great vista to look at wether eating, relaxing on our balcony or swimming in the pool. Villa was always clean, staff was friendly and Maria made our stay extra special by making sure we had hot water. It was perfect. From the moment we arrived and met by the lovely María and Román, escorted up the magical funicular, and welcomed at the villa by Blanca (with a delicious margarita) and Lupita (with her just as delicious quesadillas and guacamole), the week was magical. Wow, what an amazing villa, I don't think words can describe the feeling we had on arrival, everyone's mouth was wide open in awe of the amazing villa and of course the view. Each room was different to the next, giving us options to suit everyone's tastes and needs, some of us wanted the best view and some preferred the quieter rooms at the rear, everyone was extremely happy with their choice. The infinity pool is great for cooling off in or watching the sun go down with a margarita, the pictures don't do it justice, it's even more beautiful than you think.
The staff were fantastic, we were keep well fed on guacamole, salsa, margaritas, beers and even full meals if we needed them. The guacamole and salsa is the best we have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. If we wanted something specific all we need to do was ask. The best thing we arranged was margaritas on arrival, make sure you do this, it went down a treat after a long day of travelling. The location is in just up the hill from the town, perfect for walks down and taxi rides back up. We did manage to walk up many times, but usually avoided that in the midday heat. I am happy to recommend this place to small groups travelling together, we had 8 and for that amount it was perfect. Loved that the villa came with a concierge service also, helped us prepare for our stay and arrange transfers.

The pictures didn’t do the villa any justice. The best thing was getting up to the villa via the funicular. What an unexpected experience.   We arrived to the villa and was greeted by Blanca, Lupita and Ramon with margaritas in hand. The staff is simply AMAZING.  They took care of us like family. The meals .... soooo good!! The villa itself is beautiful ... every king bedroom with en suite is amazing, the infinity pool, the seating areas whether inside or out .... fabulous!! The views, did I mention the VIEWS!! Our group included 6 couples and we didn’t bump into each other.  We had breakfast and dinner together at a table for 12 .... food prepared was more than enough ... we ate twice and had midnight snacks of leftovers. I just want to say THANK YOU to all who contributed to making out vacation more than memorable.  Most importantly, thank you Lupita, Blanca and Ramon. Carla, thank you for ensuring that we arrived and for the tour!! I definitely would recommend this villa to any and everyone who ventures to Puerto Vallarta and who love the unexpected. You want to feel at home ..... Punta del Cielo is the place to be!!

I cannot explain how amazing this property is and how wonderful the team is who takes care of you. This vacation has blown away any of our past experiences ... and we have been on many. it comes as little surprise that the home is incredible and the views are breathtaking, that’s why you book it. The photos do a fair job of showing how beautiful this place is, however being there is truly jaw dropping. Be prepared to say “WOW” 50 times a day looking at the view and walking around this home. Also, be prepared to say “WOW” 50 times a meal when you eat Lupita’s cooking. Every single meal was a masterpiece. The care that they take of you was stellar from start to finish, they helped with everything. Maria answered so many questions, helped in so many ways, that we felt that 5 stars is not nearly enough for this place. How could we ask for more? We couldn’t. But we certainly are looking forward to coming back for more in the future. Punta Del Cielo has set the bar higher than it’s mountain top setting. Pure paradise.

I could not recommend this home more! I am always VERY nervous booking on these sights as I tend to end up in hotels but this home WILL NOT disappoint. Well appointed, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, stunning views, peaceful, and the staff is so helpful and amazing! Blanca makes a fresh bed daily, Lupita makes a mean flan ( and anything else your heart desires) and Roman was our go to guy for anything PV and helped with every question we had. They are a great team and amazing hosts. Maria was so helpful and kind and made the preparations for the visit so easy. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend choosing this house and I will be back for another stay very soon!

I booked Punta del Cielo for my 30th birthday with friends and family. We had the most incredible time. Most of our days were spent around the pool enjoying the weather, view, and cocktails. I appreciated that those who were more prone to sunburn were able to stay completely covered in the living room area, while still a part of the group outside. The food was AMAZING! I cannot say enough about Pilla's skills. We constantly had the most amazing guacamole and every meal was full of flavors (even if we could not handle all the spice). I highly recommend the vegetarian nachos, they were beyond anything I have had before. Honestly, everything we ate was delicious (you cannot go wrong!). The location is up a very steep hill (necessary for the views!), but it was awesome to be able to walk into town or take an inexpensive uber ride. This house is great for groups- not just the beauty of the house, but also the location. Those who wanted to shop could shop, those who wanted to go out at night could do so easily. And for the couple excursions we did Maria, the concierge, was able to coordinate for us. She also did a great job making my birthday special and decorating the villa. I cannot wait for my next visit!

As the photos depict, this villa is truly a beauty. The views of the ocean, especially from the infinity pool, are second-to-none.
The bedrooms are all large, well-appointed, private, and have excellent bathroom facilities. The layout of the villa itself is very accommodating, making it easy to both come together when desired, but with plenty of space to retire for a quiet moment, too. Having two outdoor patio spaces (one on the main floor; one on the second floor) was a definite plus!
The staff were absolutely marvelous. Lupita (the chef) and Roman (the houseman) provided excellent service and we all ate to our heart's content. Any request was happily accommodated. Blanca (the housekeeper) was attentive and fantastic. We almost did not have to lift a finger for the entire week we spent there, and could not have felt more on vacation as a result.
The location of the villa is up a fairly steep hill and requires the use of a funicular for the final 200 meters, but if you don't want to hike the hills, it is a very cheap cab/uber ride (often under MX$50) from the beach areas to the funicular.
Communication with Maria (the house manager) and Stephanie (the Agave Villas contact) was easy, always fast, and helpful.
Every one of our group (of 7) would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat when in the Puerto Vallarta area; albeit only a short distance from the noise and the action.

The pictures of the house do not do it justice! It was absolutely amazing in every detail. Beautiful interior, beautiful infiniti pool, so clean and amazing, warm helpful staff. We ate many meals at home because Lupita's cooking would win over the Queen. They did everything in their power to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable during our stay. They decorated for our friend's bday prior to arrival and made sure our cooler was always full of drink! The concierge was beyond amazing accounting for every detail, including a private boat ride that exceeded expectations. Every room in this house is comfortable and most have a view to die for. Would come back in a heart beat!

If your idea of a perfect vacation is relaxing by a pool overlooking the beautiful blue Bay of Banderas, being served first class meals, snacks and beverages, a front row seat for watching fireworks explode over the ocean every night and falling asleep in a luxurious guestroom with ensuite bath, all within walking distance of exciting nightlife or a day of shopping or just walking on the Malecon, then this is the place for you! I can't thank you enough Roman, Lupita and Blanca for spoiling us every day of our stay, and Maria for planning and coordinating all our activities! Punto del Cielo met the expectations of our group of 9. Everything was perfect. When we arrived, there were margaritas waiting to be served and we got a tour of the villa. The views were stunning! The location of the villa is also wonderful - only a quick 15 minute walk down to the Malecon. All of the house staff was amazing the entire week. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious. We couldn't have had a better experience.

This place is more beautiful in person. The view is amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The concierge was very prompt and responding to my messages. She was also very helpful in helping us plan our stay. The house was cleaned and maintained daily. The only con is nature at night and during a rainstorm. Besides that I will definitely visit again!

Punta del Cielo is a magical place. I planned my sister's bachelorette party here and we could not have been happier. From the funicular ride up to the first time we entered the villa, we were blown away from the details, the atmosphere, the view and just everything about it! The house is perfectly decorated with lots of personality. The house staff was AMAZING and made the most delicious food. They tended to everything with ease and such a friendly attitude, everything was just so easy for us. We had unlimited amounts of chips, salsa, guacamole and snacks...we never went hungry! Maria, our concierge was also the BEST! She was very quick to respond and she helped with everything from restaurant recommendations, excursion planning, airport transfers and more! She was wonderful and always made herself available with any questions throughout our stay. This was truly a vacation home with so many amenities and an environment that can't be beat. It was all breathtaking and the pictures don't do it any justice.  The location of the villa is right in the middle of the town, but it is high up a steep hill, so expect to walk up and down a hill if you plan to walk, although it is easy to call for a taxi. If you are with a large group, give yourself time to get down the hill as the funicular can take some time, as it takes 4 people at a time. As also part of the indoor/outdoor living experience, there are some insects and nature you are surrounded by, so expect to see some during your stay, mostly in the outdoor/general areas. This should not deter you at all, as the experience of living indoor/outdoor makes the villa experience so special. I plan to be back soon and take everyone I know to this villa. After my experience here, I won't be able to stay anywhere else when I visit Puerto Vallarta. Such an AMAZING place!

Beautiful views and very stylish home. Exactly as pictured! We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and had plenty of space and privacy. The staff is wonderful and gracious. They made sure we had everything we needed and even decorated the house for our friend’s birthday. The central location provides great access to clubs and activities along the malecon, though it does come with some night-time noise. If you’re one who goes to bed early, you may prefer closing the windows (no noise when windows were closed). Those with mobility issues or trouble walking up-hill should know there is a climb to reach the funicular, but a taxi ride solves that problem! Overall this is a great place and our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

THE PHOTOS DON'T DO IT JUSTICE!!!! This is a fantastic villa with amazing views and a great staff. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience. My favorite part was being handed margaritas by the pool - I felt like a king. First Timers tip: There is a menu on the table that includes deserts - use it! We didn't discover it until the last day. ;)

This was hands down the most fabulous vacation I have ever been on. The staff (Lupita and Roman) were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was out of this world. Maria (the house manager) even arranged a special birthday surprise for me, we got an awesome giant rainbow floatie for the pool, and massages on site!

The team was always available to answer questions and help us plan our visit, before, during, and after our stay! Maria even raced from the house to the airport to give one of my friends their jackets they had left in the house before we boarded our flight home - truly exceptional service. We felt like family!

In addition to the incredible staff, the house itself is magnificent, heated pool, fire pit with endless views of the city and ocean, and indoor/outdoor living! You feel like a celebrity every second you are there! Not one of the 11 people I was with had a single negative thing to say!

I would recommend this location to anyone! It truly is heaven on earth - we will be back !!!!

Exceeded my expectations!
I stayed here with a party of 8 for my 40th birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home was well appointed with amazing views that I couldn't fully capture with a camera. The décor was lovely and gave an upscale but cozy feeling which is exactly what I was looking for. We had a few meals made and the food was delicious! The staff were extremely attentive and tried to not be intrusive, however at times I would have preferred that we had a bit more privacy at times during the day. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I will definitely be back at this property or another Agave Villas property.

First off, the pictures of this place are already great, but do not do the house justice. The view is absolutely breathtaking and being able to watch the sunset every night with a view of the city/ocean was beyond perfection. The downstairs has an open floor plan into the outside pool area which was perfect for those wanting to be inside/outside but still part of the group. All the rooms are nicely laid out and the staff cleans every morning. We were greeted with margaritas/chips, guac, and pico upon arrival and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The guac and pico were endless and delicious. We had breakfasts/lunch/dinner and all meals were made by Lupita and so yummy. Maria the concierge and her staff were awesome. So helpful the entire time. The house is up on a hill and just a short walk from the boardwalk/beach. Close to restaurants and night life as well. Definitely recommend booking here, I know we will definitely book again. :)

This villa is a dream! I stayed their with some friends and we could not have enjoyed it more. The house is great, the view is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredible. We would spend most of our time around the pool enjoying the view and the anticipation of the next meal that we could smell from the kitchen. The location is great, a quick taxi ride or walk to town. I couldn't recommend staying at Punta Del Cielo more!

Everything about Punta Del Cielo is excellent. It is first off beautifully put together, set up in the mountains overlooking the entire Bay. Easily the best view in all of Puerto Vallarta. Right in the heart of town. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants that PV has to offer. Around 7 minute walk down to the Malecon.

Perfectly central location, but out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown. I can't see how there would be any other place to rival that view! I will be back for sure next year!!!

The most convenient location , spectacular view !!! there is no other place like this in town. I loved the infinitum pool and terrace with an amazing view of all the Bay. Very simple but sofisticated decoration ! the fact that we were able to just walk everywhere, gave to this experience an extra plus. 10 for everything !

We had a wonderful time in this amazing, open concept house located at the top of a hill. It has the most breathtaking views of the town and the ocean. A very unique spot in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. It is private, yet you can experience the town and the Mexican culture. I would totally go back and recommended to my friends.

I also wanted to let you know that we could not have had such a great time without the wonderful support of the villa staff. Lupita is a great cook and all of our diners and lunches were very well enjoyed! The only ones who did not enjoy our meal were our diets. Blanca was very attentive and made sure that all the guest enjoyed all the amenities of the villa to the fullest. I am not speaking alone in saying that she was one of the staff members who really made a great effort in making sure everyone was comfortable in their stay. She made sure to remember everyone's preferences wether it was for coffee, breakfast or laundry. Roman was a great bartender and proved to be a very helpful handy man in fixing everything around the villa after some very heavy rain storms we encountered during our stay. The villa itself is beyond words and I already miss it greatly. I am not speaking alone in saying that this vacation will be staying close to our hearts and memory! I hope I can come back quickly!

The views are amazing! A great place for groups with a good balance of nice common space and private separate bedrooms. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

I've been to Puerto Vallarta now 8 times. This was the single best experience visiting the are. Maria Salazar and her staff, Lupita (chef), Roman (grounds keeper & all around helper) and Blanca (housekeeper) are the dream team of Puerto Vallarta. The house has the most incredible view I've ever seen in Puerto Vallarta or any other beach town in the world. I couldn't recommend this place more and are already looking at future date to return.

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. My only regret is that I can't use these ladies for all my vacations!!  I will be back!
