The name Palmasola Villa was inspired when the owner was walking by this empty lot and one lonely (sola) palm tree (palma), and decided to build this magnificent estate. The villa sits in a prime location, as it is one of only two villas located in the Signature Estates, providing both an abundance of privacy as well as convenience as it is located directly next door to the Pacifico Beach Club.

The interior of the home is completely designed for comfort and fun. The endless amenities of the villa include a 200 foot heated infinity pool, family and media room, a gym, an office, massage room and plenty of outdoor lounge areas for sunbathing or indoor living spaces for when you want to cool down in the A/C.

This spectacular 9 bedroom estate was recently featured on the new Amazon Prime show Epic Villas and for good reason; this Epic home is one in a million!

The chef is world class; exquisitely delicious cuisine, perfect portions, original presentations and combinations. The staff, from top management to maid service, is alert, friendly, discreet, and professional. The architecture and decor are done with understatement, luxury, and authenticity; the whole place is a visual pleasure.

The level of service at the Palmasola is something I've never experienced before. The attention to detail and care is unrivaled and truly defines the experience. The food and beverage was also of the highest quality. I truly enjoyed every minute of my time. The experience was really magical.

This place is, bar none, the best spot in this area! We have been to Punta Mita before, and I can assure anyone looking for an Ideal Getaway in Mexico...this is excellence. Top notch service staff, authentic Mexican cuisine , and not afraid of special dietary needs or requests. Plenty of attention to details when it comes to a special celebration or a day of activities.
