Nemi Eco Villa is the first of it's kind in Puerto Vallarta! Amongst the quiet neighborhood of Amapas, this 6 bedroom villa is entirely designed in an eco-friendly manner. All without sacrificing any luxury, this solar panelled powered villa is redefining what we think of 5-star accommodations.

While maintaining it's exclusivity, this home is dedicated to providing its guests with style and comfort, all the while protecting and nurturing the surrounding environment!

There is a 40 foot natural pool, and all of the 6 suites have their own private dipping pools and a terrace overlooking the ocean and jungle!

  • All 6 rooms are solar powered, with the option of switching to on-grid electricity. The dwellings have been designed to maximize energy conservation allowing a reduction in the use of solar panels.
  • The spa room and all the bedrooms have energy efficient air conditioning units for a comfortable place to cool off, however the whole house is designed to take advantage of natural air flow so that the need for air conditioners or fans is minimal
  • All grey water is collected, filtered, and used to water the grounds
  • Staff is off on Sundays

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. My only regret is that I can't use these ladies for all my vacations!!  I will be back!

Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed. From first class transfers to having the chef cooking our fish caught to the nicest sweetest lady that takes care of the home and the maid duties…..it was all unbelievable. Thank you Agave Villas
