We had a terrific vacation at Casa Peregrina. The villa was fabulous. Carla was incredibly helpful with planning and Miguel and his team took excellent care of us at the house. We all loved our visit and can't wait to return!

We had a spectacular time at Casa Peregrina!!!  I can't say enough about the Casa, the staff (more like family), location, the food.... beyond my wildest expectations.  Everyone!!! All 22 people loved their time at the Casa.    We already can't wait to come back.  I loved everyone and so appreciate the special care that everyone gave us during our trip.  Ernesto is amazing and was there for all of us.  Guille and Adriana prepared the most incredible food... Naty is wonderful.  Carla was super responsive and helpful.  Loved the birthday cake etc... etc...Rave reviews by all!  Thank you!

We had a girls trip planned and I can speak for all of us when I say, it was one of the greatest vacations. The house is even better in person, SO beautiful and encompassed Mexican charm. Our staff was also what made the trip to memorable. Anything we wanted at any time, it was there. Carla and her team was exceptional and I would recommend to anyone. We will 100% be back!

Our stay at Casa Peregrina the first week of April was outstanding. It was perfect for our family of 19. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The villa is large enough that we were all very comfortable and not on top of each other. Ernesto was the best. He was so helpful and so good with the kids. They loved him. Guille was a wonderful cook. Her meals were delicious and she cooked everything we asked for and more. Guacamole, pico and chips everyday. The BEST. Naty always at our rooms cleaned up and ready each day for us. Orsay was very attentive with the surroundings. The staff was the best!!! We loved helping in the kitchen with them. At first, they were not sure why we would help, but we loved being with them. Carla let us know that she was always available if we needed her and we appreciated that. Seriously, can't say enough good about the experience. Only hiccup was the racoon that insisted on visiting us at night. Overall, this was truly an amazing experience for all of us. HIGHLY recommend Casa Peregrina

House is amazing, in a nice gated , safe community, very spacious and Beautiful ocean view from every corner of house and had added beauty of landscaping. We just returned from the most fabulous week long stay at Casa Peregrina! The villa is even more beautiful in person. Fabulous architecture throughout. Each of the 11 bedrooms is well appointed and comfortable. We were vacationing with 13 people and the villa is so large that we all still all had great privacy. The neighborhood the villa is located in is stunning with lush greenery and flowers everywhere. There is a fabulous beach just a few minutes away that you can walk to. Ernesto, the house manager, took such good care of us! And Guille and Ariana made the most delicious meals! We only ate out one night, as the food was so good at the villa there was no reason to eat anywhere else. You can schedule breakfasts and dinners for whatever time you'd like, which was lovely. Ernesto saw to our every need, and made us the most delicious drinks, the strawberry and mango margaritas are out of this world. We would be lounging around in the pool or on the patio and he would bring us quesadillas, pico de gallo, chips, and the most amazing guacamole you've ever tasted. Naty, the housekeeper, would keep our rooms neat and tidy. Orsay always had the pool clean and ready to go, and would help with serving dinner. The staff honestly made us feel like family. The only complaint we had all week long was that we had to leave to go home! This was hands down the best vacation any of us have ever been on. We miss Casa Peregrina and the staff and can't wait to return! Book this villa, you will *not* be disappointed, and it will definitely exceed all of your expectations. A+++++++

Best vacation ever!  Our stay at Casa Peregrina was AMAZING!! We visited the week of Thanksgiving for an extended family vacation... and it will go in the books as one of my family's most favorite vacations! The house was beautiful and spacious - 11 rooms with four different floors, including outdoor lawn and patio areas. The pool at the house was a hit, especially for those pre-dinner wind-downs. And the walk down to the private beach was perfect. (It was too many stairs for my mom, who is in her late 70s, but an easy walk for the rest of the crew.) The house even had beach chairs to take with you. The location just south of downtown PV was great. It was peaceful and quiet, but a quick cab ride to the city. The staff was amazing! Carla, our concierge, was so helpful from getting there, to getting around, to even helping us hire a mariachi band! She arranged tours for us and was always available for questions. The house staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous throughout our stay. And the food was amazing!! I think we applauded the chef after every dinner. We had an absolutely amazing time and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

My family and I vacation together each year, and by far this was the best. We stayed from July 5-July 11 with a party of 22 this year, 13 adults and 9 children. The villa was beautiful and the staff took great care of us. Joel was the best! The homemade guacamole prepared daily was everything. We recommend this place to anyone. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Our family of 14 spent 5 wonderful days at Casa Peregrina. The home is magnificent with open spaces that accommodate large groups and provide incredible views. The salt water pool was very popular with our family and the patio had both sun filled and shaded seating areas - all with views of the ocean. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable with ensuite bathrooms. However, it was the staff that made Casa Peregrina exceptional. Joel anticipated our needs from the first margarita to our final goodbyes. Every meal Guille made was from the heart and so delicious. The housekeeping staff not only kept a beautiful home but they pitched in anytime & anywhere they were needed. By the end of our stay we felt the entire team was part of our family and they will all be missed. Thank you for the perfect get-away!

BEST Family Vacation Ever!
We can not even begin to explain how amazing our stay at Casa Peregrina was. The staff was absolutely amazing. Joel made sure to take care of EVERYTHING! They all made sure that our grandchildren's birthday party was fun with a pinata to boot. The food was so perfect that there was no need to go anywhere else. We were spoiled beyond belief. The house was huge yet homey and everyone was comfortable from the moment we stepped foot in the door. Carla, I wanted to extend a special thank you for noticing that one of the children in our party of 21 had vision limits and you called to see if there was anything that could be done to make it easier for him. That was above and beyond and I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness. This vacation set the standard for all those to come. We would highly recommend a getaway to Casa Peregrina to anyone who is looking for a totally relaxing time. Joel and his staff will make sure that happens for you. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for such an amazing time.

The house is amazing, you can see that from the pics. What you can't see is the absolutely beautiful, wonderful, helpful and kind staff. They literally anticipate anything you need, and take care of it. Massage? Check. Pina Colada? Check. Warmer pool? Check. Colder pool 5 minutes later? Check. Chairs, umbrellas and coolers to the beach? Check. Ride to town? Check. Anything your heart desires? Check. I can not speak highly enough of Joel and the team and can't thank them enough for making our vacation an absolute dream. Our rooms were cleaned daily, our meals were prepared expertly, they always made sure we had water in front of us (trust me, we needed it after all of the cocktails!), and a cocktail in hand. This is a 5 Star Vacation at prices normal folks like us can afford. Don't think about it, book it and give Joel a hug from me.

Cannot say enough amazing things about the house, the staff (especially Joel), and the entire experience. The meals were amazing each day. The service was second to none. Anything you could possibly want was made available. The space was huge where you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other but enough common areas for a large group to congregate. I took a trip to PV this last summer in July 2017 with 15 of my closest friends and we had THE BEST TIME EVER. Staying there truly changed the way I will vacation forever. Ben and Larissa made booking extremely easy. The hand off to our travel concierge, Maria, was a smooth transition and she was incredibly helpful. She helped me book activities (including a private yoga session at the house and a sail boat that dropped us off on our beach) and called a couple of times to check on us. Once we got to the house, we learned who the real all stars were: Guille, the head cook who made our delicious food. She made the freshest, most incredible ceviche from the fish that our guys brought home from deep sea fishing earlier in the day. Naty, who kept our quarters cleaned, even when we left them less than stellar at night. Ismael, who maintained the pool and garden which we enjoyed daily. And of course, our #1 man, JOEL the House Manager! Joel took such good care of us. He was such a kind, interesting, and funny man that we truly enjoyed hanging out with! Our weekend would not have been the same without him. You do have to walk down a big hill to get to the beach, so come prepared! The security guards who kept us safe were also a joy to encounter every day on our way down to the beach. If the beach isn't your thing, you can be just as happy lounging by the private pool overlooking the beautiful beaches of Puerto Vallarta. We had so much fun at the villa, that we never made it in to the actual city. We will just have to go back and stay at Casa Peregrina again (and maybe we'll get out next time)! I cannot recommend this place and the lovely staff enough. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Casa Peregrina team!

We had a fantastic time!  The villa was beautiful, the staff were amazing, and the view was breathtaking!  We celebrated my Partner's 50th Birthday with her family and we all had a fantastic time!  Maria, Joel, Guille, Naty and the pool guy were fantastic. So welcoming. They made our visit amazing. Great staff that truly looks after the guests.  We have traveled extensively, but this was the first time renting a villa.  I would highly recommend it!

We planned our stay at Casa Peregrina for a bachelorette party with a group of 12. The villa was humongous with breathtaking views of the ocean and lush mountains of Puerto Vallarta in the distance. The villa staff accommodated our every request with smiles on their faces. It was easy to communicate in English with the house manager and concierge from the moment we booked the villa until the moment we left. The pool was salt water which was nice, showers were very strong force, rooms equipped with A/C (though larger living room areas still a little hot), daily meals were delicious and incorporated all our dietary restrictions seamlessly, etc. We also loved that the villa was in a gated community as it made us feel safe and was really easy to order taxis to/from the city center.

Joel was awesome and totally spoiled all 10 of us. Guille's meals were very tasty and filling.  Joel made sure all allergies were noted and food was served accordingly.  Our rooms were nice and tidy when we would return after breakfast, and the pool was always clean and ready for us to get in, with fresh towels available poolside.  Maria was such and angel and took care of everything. Our trip would not have been a success without her.  We will most definitely be back, with our families.

We absolutely loved every moment and every day. House is in the perfect area and in a wonderful exclusive neighborhood. The staff at the house couldn't have done anything better. Totally exceeded our expectations. We were a large group of 15, with ages ranging from 8 to 62 and the house, area and experience was perfect for all of us.

First of all, Joel and the rest of the staff are outstanding. He handled every request graciously.  Taxiing to the city is simple. Let Joel know and he will call. They arrive in about 5 minutes and cost very little. We had multiple breakfasts, fresh guacamole, and margaritas made by the staff. All were excellent. All of this with 21 guests staying simultaneously. All of the A/Cs worked. The water temperature and pressure in the showers were perfect. The pool was clean and includes a wonderful view. It's a bit of a workout to walk down to the beach and especially back up, but the privacy there, unlike Old Vallarta, is welcomed. None of our party wanted to leave. If you have walking disabilities, know that there are stairs everywhere at the villa.

Casa Peregrina was phenomenal! We will never stay in a hotel resort again. This villa is beautiful, spacious, and private. We traveled as a family (17 adults and children) and each family unit had their own space and privacy. The pool has a great view of the ocean and the beach is a short walk away and not very busy. The staff however, are what make this villa so wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and that you are comfortable. The food is delicious, I gained 6 pounds when I returned home:/ We cannot wait to come back!

We had an incredible time at beautiful Casa Peregrina. This was truly the trip of a lifetime to be able to get three generations of family (16 people, aged 5 to 72!) together in one gorgeous location to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday, nephew's 13th birthday, and Thanksgiving. Everything was impeccable, the staff so sweet and accommodating, chef Guille's food delicious, and the time unforgettable. The white-sand private beach is just a short walk down the lush hillside, the bus system into town very easy (and taxis or vans, which Maria, the concierge will arrange for you anytime are also extremely convenient if preferred!), the town of Puerto Vallarta charming. We had gourmet, restaurant-quality, family-style breakfasts and dinners most nights on property (pancakes with cajeta, a Mexican caramel; huevos a la mexicana; the most heavenly French toast any of us have ever tasted; red snapper with vegetables and rice, enchiladas to die for; and even a special lobster birthday dinner!!) and every single person in our large group gobbled it all up. We also had one night's dinner at La Palapa restaurant in town, which Maria arranged for us, sitting right on the sand as the sun set over the Pacific. Magical! Every single detail from arrival to departure is taken care of so we could relax and spend quality time together, and the entire group reveled in every moment. Thanks to all of you for one of the best vacations ever. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASA PEREGRINA. We will be back. :-)

We just returned from our second visit to Casa Peregrina. We were so pleased to see the same staff as last year, and experienced the same spectacular service - anything you need is taken care of. Guille is an incredible cook - she makes it look so easy to whip up meals for the 12 of us - authentic Mexican specialties or the fish we caught -it was excellent. Joel the houseman is responsive to every need and makes the best margarita's (and Caesar Salad!) and somehow Naty keeps the villa pristine and the laundry going. Every afternoon we were greeted with fresh salsa, guacamole, and margaritas. Mornings we awoke to fresh squeezed orange juice and a huge breakfast spread. The setting is beautiful; you just don't want to leave. This is a true Mexican villa with endless views across Banderas Bay to the Pacific, expansive and impeccably manicured lawns all amid a peaceful setting. There is so much to do - one of the most beautiful beaches south of PV is steps away. Fishing, kayaking, hiking or just relaxing - it's all available. We will definitely be returning to Casa Peregrina - can't wait!

Let me just start off by saying that Casa Peregrina is perfect in every way possible. I booked this property for a friend's bachelor party, it ended up being 20 of us. We stayed at this property for 5 days, every single person in my group had a great time. The villa is very cozy, every room is the perfect size. It fit 20 us comfortably. The staff is amazing. I forgot the lady's name but she makes some amazing food and she kept all of us fed for 5 days. Joel, the house manager does everything he can to satisfy your needs without any hesitation. He called up taxis for us, made us drinks, fresh orange juice, bought all kinda groceries, and whatever else we needed. Maria is also very friendly and helpful. The first day we got there the wifi wasn't working, she contacted some technicians and got new wifi routers installed throughout the whole house. Everything about this property was wonderful, we enjoyed the pool and the food the most. It was worth every penny spent!

I don't think I can find the words to properly describe just how impressed I was with both the Villa and the staff. I knew, the second that I stepped through Casa Peregrina's doors, that the 12 of us were in for the time of our lives. I swear if there were a way for me to take Joel back home to the states with me, I would do so in a heartbeat. That man is amazing. There was never a request too big or small for Joel (seriously... Just ask... You'll be pleasantly surprised every time). He seemed to be always available yet NEVER in the way. Also, I can't thank Larissa enough for making this vacation dream a reality. She made sure that every reservation was in place and every last detail was in order. It was truly a pleasure to FINALLY get the opportunity to meet her upon our arrival at Casa Peregrina. I couldn't help but to squeeze her in a big bear hug the moment I saw her! She was the one who recommended this villa in the first place and she did NOT disappoint!!! We will most definitely be returning to Casa Peregrina. Thank you to everyone who turned this vacation into the perfect adventure that it was!

We had an incredible time at Casa Peregrina. I am back to work and cannot stop talking about what a great time the whole family had. The house was beautiful and we could not have asked for a better location. The staff was Absolutely WONDERFUL!. Joel the house manager took such good care of us, he was incredible. Anything we needed he was right there to provide, he went way above and beyond any expectations we might have had. Oh! how we loved Guille's meals, she is an incredible cook. Everyone raved about her meals, whatever we requested, regardless if it was on the menu or not . I will miss those meals for a long time. Naty the housekeeper was so sweet and always smiling. Saul the gardener was very respectful when we were outside while he was keeping the grounds beautiful. We definitely plan to return to this awesome home. I will be passing my experience on to whomever I know who may be planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta. We thank all of the staff and appreciate all the hard work they did during out stay!!
