Casa Edwards is one of the oldest, and largest beachfront homes located in the exclusive Palmilla community, in San Jose del Cabo. Recently remodelled, the owners gave the villa a modern look while honouring the authentic Mexican style of the home.

The lot is over 6,000 square feet, with 8 large bedrooms, each with a private en-suite, making this villa the perfect place to gather a large group, or host an event of up to 100 people on the outdoor lawns or right on the beach.

The property has many unique features, including the largest privately owned, fully equipped gym in all of Cabo, 4,400 feet to be exact. The gym includes a steam and sauna room, and has direct access to the very private strip of beach located directly in front of the villa.

To top it off, the property is just seconds away from the world-famous One & Only Palmilla Hotel and a few minutes drive away from the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. My only regret is that I can't use these ladies for all my vacations!!  I will be back!

Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed. From first class transfers to having the chef cooking our fish caught to the nicest sweetest lady that takes care of the home and the maid duties…..it was all unbelievable. Thank you Agave Villas
