Located in Punta Bella, Palmilla Sur, a private gated community in Cabo, overlooks the Sea of Cortez with direct views of the spectacular sunrises all year round.

Only minutes away from downtown San Jose del Cabo, and the airport, it's the ideal location to gather a big group together and plan the most extravagant party your can dream of! The beach lawn and pool deck area can easily fit up to 200 people and the immense parking lot is spacious enough for up to 30 cars.

If you're up for a little sport, you can play paddle tennis on your private court, beach volleyball on the full size court or get a workout in at your very own private gym, and after or choose from not 1 but 2 heated jacuzzi tubs to soak in. Whether they just want to laze by the pool or enjoy one of the many activities available at the villa, this is the place for you!

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed. From first class transfers to having the chef cooking our fish caught to the nicest sweetest lady that takes care of the home and the maid duties…..it was all unbelievable. Thank you Agave Villas
