Casa Akai is an impressive 8 bedroom estate, that sits oceanfront in Punta Mita's exclusive La Punta Estates sub-community. We have found heaven in this expansive property with endless amenities, including two heated infinity pools, a hot tub, cinema, gym, game room equipped with a pool table and bar, and so much more. This villa is sure to brighten your day through it's decor and the vibrant pops of color found throughout the home.

The large open air palapa features a living and dining area, so you can spend your whole day outside in the fresh air. Or, for those warmer afternoons, you may request that lunch be served in the interior dining room with the air conditioner turned on high to catch a break for the warm Mexican sun.

For you golf enthusiasts, the villa includes Premier Golf Membership which gives you access to both Jack Nicklaus golf courses, and you can head on over to play a few holes in the villa's golf cart. Casa Akai truly has it all, and we are betting that you're going to wish you never had to leave!

The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. My only regret is that I can't use these ladies for all my vacations!! I will be back!

Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed.
