La Datcha is a palacial 20,000 sq. ft., 10 bedroom, beachfront villa situated in the beautiful community of Pedregal in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This enormous property can easily accommodate up to 20 guests while still providing everyone with plenty of privacy, each enjoying their own beautifully decorated suite, with private en-suite and outdoor living space.

The villa combines Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and authentic Mexican influences with original pieces of artwork and decor brought in from every corner of the globe, making this villa a truly unique and sophisticated work of art.

At La Datcha, not only will you enjoy the exclusivity of being situated on the best beachfront lot in Pedregal, but inside the property you will have access to a state of the art oceanfront gym, a fully equipped spa, entertainment room with plenty of games and a large screen for your viewing pleasure, a wine cellar, multiple indoor and outdoor dinning areas, and a full staff available to make all of your vacation wishes come true! The best kind of vacation is the vacation you do not have to worry about. Agave Villas made this happen. I asked for the accommodations I was looking for and was more then pleased when I arrived.From finding the perfect house to arranging transportation from to all of our activities the service was world class. My only regret is that I can't use these ladies for all my vacations!!  I will be back!

Amazing villa that exceeded expectations in every way, and the only thing that was even better was the team and services provided. The villa is one of a kind and we hated to leave it. Diandra and the team lead by Carlos were there for anything needed. From first class transfers to having the chef cooking our fish caught to the nicest sweetest lady that takes care of the home and the maid duties…..it was all unbelievable. Thank you Agave Villas
