Casa Salinas I & II are side-by-side beachfront villas located on a semi-private beach just 5 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Conveniently situated so that the villas can be rented separately or together, each home offers all of the comforts of home. Rented separately each home does offer sufficient privacy and its own staff. Rented together, there are total of 15 bedrooms with easy access between homes so that everyone in the party can enjoy their time together.

Our group of 12 had an amazing time at casa Salinas. Juan and and all of the staff were very accommodating and took care of everything. The house is beautiful and very clean. The food was amazing and all the recommendations that were given to us by both Juan and Agave Villas were awesome. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Magnificent villa overlooking the ocean with a private beach, really  outstanding staff, and infinity pool. We had family of 16 that accommodated everyone easily, and Juan the manager was very helpful - even has his own charter boat that put us on some mahi mahi. Food was terrific, and staff made us a special surf and turf Thanksgiving dinner. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the TVs did not work except for streaming service and Juan's dog barks too much, both of which Agave said they would address.

The house was absolutely amazing for the price.  Well maintained, spacious home located in one of the most desirable areas on the beach with a fantastic outdoor space and breathtaking views.  The staff was very friendly and helpful.  The food was a bit underwhelming, but very reasonably priced.
