The entire property is designed with an open concept to allow the spaces to flow indoors and outdoors. As a guest, you can enjoy privacy, and also have plenty of space to get cozy with your fellow travellers. Spend your time laying on the daybeds while you take in the sun, or if you prefer an adventure you can go snorkeling and explore the local marine life. You can also choose to enjoy the serenity of the ocean on one of the villas kayaks. However you choose to spend your days, you will be completely immersed in nature and will surely find a whole new appreciation for relaxation - the staff at Casa Maya Kaan will ensure it!
This villa is located in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, a World Heritage Site home to thousands of species of Flora and Fauna. The Biosphere is located past Tulum, off the beaten path. The main road is not completely paved, and depending on the weather and time of year, travel time to and from the villa may be extended. It is important to note that Sian Ka'an is not located in the main part of Tulum.
