Villa Thalassa is rented on a weekly basis. Additional days may be booked on a pro-rated basis.

High season	May 1 — September 30, 2009	EUR 1,000
Mid season	March 1 — April 30, 2009 October 1 — October 31, 2009	EUR 750
Low season	November 1, 2009 — February 28, 2010	EUR 500

A deposit of 50% will hold your reservation, with the balance due 45 days prior your scheduled arrival date.

Discounts are offered for long-term stays (over 1 month).
